No matter where you purchased your product, if it's found to be defective, GOLDEN will make it right.

To submit your request, you will need:

  • Your studio assistant account

  • Your mailing address and phone number

  • A photo of the product container

  • A close-up photo of the product batch code

  • A photo of the defective product in use

Note: We may require the product to be returned for inspection.
