Tour Guidelines
To keep our staff and visitors as safe as possible, please consider the following
- Groups cannot exceed 12 people (larger groups can be arranged by using the tour contact form)
- Anyone not feeling well should refrain from coming to the factory. We are happy to reschedule your visit.
- If the tour includes our manufacturing floor, you must wear safety glasses (provided for you).
- Fully enclosed sturdy shoes are required on the manufacturing floor. (We can’t take you downstairs if you’re wearing open-toe shoes or sandals.)
- We use many chemicals within our manufacturing processes. Anyone with chemical sensitivities should refrain from the tour downstairs to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Large bags, backpacks, etc. must be left in our reception area.
- Children under age 12 are not allowed on the manufacturing floor.
- We are a tobacco free campus. (No smoking, even in our parking lot.)
- Photography/videography is prohibited on manufacturing floor
- Advance notice is required if any members of your group need special accessibility or assistance. (The main floor and gallery are wheelchair accessible, the manufacturing floor is not.)
