Taylor began her career at Golden Artist Colors in 2016 as a student assistant within the Human Resources Department. Since graduating from Marywood University with her Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she has taken on multiple roles within the department. Taylor now serves the company as Human Resources Director where she oversees recruiting, benefits, training, and payroll functions. Her team’s goal is to inspire every single employee to live the company values. To uphold these values herself, Taylor has enrolled in a master’s program in Organization Development and Change through Penn State University. She also strives to improve her local community by serving on multiple Boards of Directors and supporting a number of committies for local organizations.
