Cathy is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.  She oversees development and execution of sales plans, marketing campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and market expansion efforts.  As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Cathy contributes to overall corporate strategy development, furthering the corporate mission to grow a sustainable company dedicated to creating and sharing the most imaginative and innovative tools of color, line and texture for inspiring those who turn their vision into reality. 

Cathy moved to the US from the UK and has been here for 25 years.
