Attention Oil Painters and Teachers - US ONLY: Williamsburg Handmade Oils has an opening for two Williamsburg Lecturers.

Qualifications: We are looking for oil painters who love Williamsburg Handmade Oil paints. Your lifestyle needs to be flexible and mobile since this is not a full or part-time position. This opportunity suits artists needing time to paint and devote time to their career. Other qualifications include: an entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, a lively personality, love learning technical oil information, patience, love teaching, enjoy helping people and be comfortable in front of a crowd. Familiarity with the three primary painting mediums: acrylic, oil and watercolor would be a plus. B.F.A. required, M.F.A. preferred.

Job Requirements: Williamsburg Lecturers present lectures to universities, retail stores, and art organizations. The lectures are designed to educate students and artists on the properties of oil paints as a material and provide an introduction to the unique range of Williamsburg colors and mediums. As an Independent Contractor this position will require a commitment of 15-20 of these events per year. Some travel will be required. There is also an opportunity to teach workshops with our products.
