Tube Cap Replacements
Thank you for reaching out and letting us know you have had disappointing experiences with our paint tube caps. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We were made aware of the problematic caps last year and have been working diligently to understand the causes and make the necessary corrections in order to improve your user experience.
GOLDEN CEO Mark Golden, shares information about our cracked caps as well as our resolution to this problem on our website’s homepage. Please read his statement here.
In Mark’s statement, we provide a link to our replacement caps request form so that we may get them to you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, to help preserve your paints from drying out before you get replacement caps, please make sure the tubes are sealed as well as possible by wrapping plastic wrap (such as Saran® Premium Wrap) around the tube neck and opening, further secured with a rubber band.
You can also store the tubes in a sealable plastic bag (such as Ziploc® Double Zipper Freezer Bags). Try to remove as much of the air in the bag as possible in order to help reduce chances of the paint drying out before you can use it.
Again, we are truly sorry for this inconvenience. If there is anything more we can do, please let us know!
