Uncertainty. Fearful. Unprecedented.
Over the last eleven months I think we can all agree that we’ve probably used at least one, if not all, of these words to describe 2020.
In manufacturing, we pride ourselves in certainty and planning to ensure we’re meeting customer demand. If there was one thing that 2020 provided in abundance, it was uncertainty. The COVID-19 pandemic that struck the world in March is still in full swing and continues to challenge how we work so we wanted to make you aware of changes you might see (or not) with our products in the coming weeks and months.
We know how subtle changes in packaging can affect artists’ usage experience, but are adapting as best we can to ensure we meet our most important mission - supplying paint!
Therefore, we have alternate supplies of slightly different packaging in order to continue manufacturing and shipping the product, but wanted to be sure you were aware of possible changes:

Amidst a number of obstacles and speedbumps, oftentimes scrambling to change direction in a moment’s notice during 2020, Golden Artist Colors and its employee owners have remained resilient and continue to be hopeful as we embark on a new year. We’ve learned so much during this pandemic and will continue to gain knowledge moving forward. As long as we continue to communicate with our customers and business partners, emerging from the past year even stronger, we are confident we will prosper. We are in this together!
