Announcement Regarding Soft Gel Gloss

We have discovered that three batches of Soft Gel Gloss (#3010) have a light pink cast to them. We have isolated the cause and determined that the product discoloration is due to our manufacturing processes and have made changes to eliminate the possibility of it occurring again. If you have a jar with one of the three lot numbers affected (394691, 394983, 395329), please call us at 800-959-6543 and we will gladly replace this container for you. Lot numbers can be found on a white sticker on the bottom of the jar.

Feel free to appropriately discard the pink material (smear out on paper or cardboard to let dry, then dispose of), or to use it when blending in opaque colors or as an adhesive. We do not recommend using it as is, or blending it with white or transparent colors.
