Golden Artist Colors Announces Internal Promotion & Newest Addition to its Board of Directors

Golden Artist Colors announces the promotion of Jim Henderson to Chief Financial Officer. Henderson, who formerly served as the company's Controller will also serve as the newest member on the company's governing Board of Directors.
As Chief Financial Officer and Board of Directors member, Henderson will provide significant expertise required for the company's sustainability, especially in areas of finance, growth and acquisition.

Employed at Golden Artist Colors since 2009, Henderson oversees all fiscal matters of the company and is invaluable in the strategic and global financial planning process for the business. His background includes Corporate Treasurer/Officer, Controller and Director of Risk for Benjamin Moore & Co., a billion dollar business owned by Berkshire Hathaway. During his 33 years there, he gained extensive experience and knowledge in managing multi-million dollar operating budgets and lead the Company's Global Treasury and Risk functions that included directing over $300 million in cash and pension investments.
Henderson currently resides in Oxford, N.Y., with his wife.
